Belltower Chapel & Garden has a team of highly qualified and passionate Event Coordinators, there to make your event a day to remember. An Event Coordinator can be added to any rental, giving a bride confidence her event will be managed from beginning to end.*
What will the Event Coordinator do?
• 2-hour consultation to work through all the details of your day
• Create a detailed timeline and custom floor plan
• Confirm vendors and important details prior to event date
• Coordinate and facilitate a 1-hour rehearsal prior to event date
• Manage vendor arrival and oversee setup
• Coordinate processional and reception grand entrance
• Manage event details on the day of the event
Qualified Vendors are just as important as the venue itself. Belltower Chapel & Garden’s open vendor policy allows brides to select their own caterer and other vendors without an additional fee. If you are looking for tried and true vendors, our Preferred Vendor list offers a short list of trusted, experienced vendors. These vendors provide a great product and excellent service; they know our facility, our staff and our policies.
