Do I need an appointment for a tour?
Yes. Please email or call our office to schedule a tour.
How do I hold my date?
Once you are ready to book, we will email you an offer letter and contract for you to review. We will hold your date for 24 hours for you to sign the contract and make your deposit.
How many guests can Belltower and the Great Hall accommodate?
Our sanctuary accommodates 200 guests. The Belltower reception hall and outdoor garden can both accommodate 200 guests cocktail style. Either location can seat 150 guests allowing for dancing and buffet tables. 180 is the maximum that can be accommodated without a dance area. The Great Hall can accommodate 300 seated guests.
What is included with the facility rental?
The following are included with the rental.
- Sole use of the chapel with adjacent reception area and garden or the chapel and Great Hall. *Based on area booked.
- Five (5) to eight (8) hours of occupancy time based on day of the week booked. The eight (8) hours of time is allocated as follows: three (3) hours of setup time, four (4) hours of event time and one (1) hour for clearing and departure from the Facility by the end of the rental period. A Monday-Thursday rental is allocated as follows: one (1) hour setup time, three (3) hours of event time and one (1) hour for clearing and departure from the Facility by the end of the rental period. *Applies to contracts signed January 1, 2020 or after.
- One (1) additional 30-minute appointment to visit the Facility. Visits during After Hour Showings are unlimited and free of charge but require an appointment.
- Use of Belltower’s inventory of furnishings (guest tables, buffet tables, cake and sign in tables, bar, and gold Chiavari chairs).
- Setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs.
- One-hour rehearsal confirmed within 60 days of the event date and upon receipt of final payment and vendor list form. Rehearsals are not available on Holidays and unlikely to occur Fri-Sun due to weddings.
- Use of the Belltower Chapel Sanctuary and Garden for a two-hour photo session to be scheduled during business hours, Tuesday – Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, subject to availability.
Do you offer all-inclusive wedding packages?
Yes. Our all-inclusive wedding packages include our venue, cake, catering, floral & décor, photography, dj and day of coordination. Please contact our office for rates specific to your date of interest.
What is the price for the use of only the reception hall?
Our reception hall, sanctuary, and garden come as a package and pricing is not reduced if you choose to have only your reception at our venue.
When can I have my rehearsal?
Once full payment and vendor form have been received, a rehearsal will be confirmed within 8 weeks of your wedding date depending on the Chapel availability. Rehearsals may not be scheduled on the day of your wedding. Unused rehearsal time may not be added to your rental period.
Do you allow sparklers or floating lanterns?
Regretfully, no. The City of Fort Worth has advised that these items are illegal within Fort Worth city limits.
I have a friend who is TABC certified. Can he/she serve as my bartender?
Not if he/she is a wedding guest. Your bartender is expected to be on duty to service the bar and your guests throughout your reception and may not participate in the festivities.
I know security officers. Can they serve as my security officers?
No. Liability issues require the use of Belltower’s security officers.
What is the cost of a bridal portrait session?
Belltower brides receive a free two-hour bridal portrait session with their rental. If you do not have an event booked at Belltower, you may book portrait appointments by the hour at $100/hour.
When can I schedule my portrait session at Belltower?
Bridal portrait sessions may be scheduled Tuesday-Friday between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, as our event schedule permits.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes, a list of our preferred vendor professionals can be found under "Our Services" page on the website.
What is Belltower’s Heat Index Policy?
Belltower does not allow outdoor events when the day’s heat index reaches or exceeds 95 degrees. Our policy is in place to reduce risk of heat exhaustion for you, your guests and our staff.
Do you require event liability insurance?
Yes. It is a requirement that Event Insurance be purchase for the date of event. The required limits are $1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate with $5K medial payments coverage, waiver of subrogation, liquor liability (if alcohol is being served) and Belltower Chapel & Garden named as additional insured.
Do I have to use your caterer?
Belltower’s open vendor policy allows brides to select their own caterer and other vendors without an additional fee. However, caterers, DJ’s and vendors bringing in large equipment must provide proof of liability insurance coverage.
Can I have a food truck?
Yes! There is parking close to the venue for a convenient food truck experience.
Does an Event Coordinator come with my rental?
You are welcome to upgrade your package by adding one of our qualified Event Coordinator for an additional fee. *Applies to contracts signed January 1, 2020 and after. Please contact the office for additional information.
Are pets allowed?
We love our furry friends too, but unfortunately, we are unable to allow them to join celebrations on our property.
How long do I have access to the venue on the day of my event?

Do you have a dance floor?
Our “reception” spaces have hard floors and are suitable for dancing in the area of your choice.
Can I bring my own officiant or pastor?
Absolutely! We also have a list of officiants for hire too. You can find their information on "Our Services" page.
Do you have a projector/screen that can be used during the event?
Regretfully, no. You are welcome to bring in your own projector/screen.
Is there a kitchen/ice machine?
We do have a prep kitchen for your use. However, there are no heating elements so your caterer should have all dishes prepared offsite and ready to serve. Clients are required to bring in their own ice.
Do you provide linens?
We have table linens for rent at very reasonable prices. Should you choose to rent linens from us we will have your linens in place when you arrive and removed by our staff at the end of the event.
Who does the setup and breakdown of my tables and chairs?
Belltower sets up the tables and chairs according to your approved floor plan prior to your arrival. Our staff breaks down our tables and chairs as well. You will be responsible for the setup and breakdown of any furnishings not owned by Belltower Chapel and Garden. (example: rented lounge furniture or farm tables).
When can I come in and start setting up for my event?
You will gain access to the facility when your occupancy time begins.
Are there special rates for events held on holidays?
Yes. Please contact our office for rates specific to your date of interest.
