Facility Rental

We strive to provide the highest quality of services at a great value for your wedding day. Our fees include rental of our beautiful sanctuary, reception hall and garden; tables, chairs and ivory table linens; a day-of wedding coordinator – and more! And, you can feel rewarded knowing that your business proceeds support the programs provided by ACH Child and Family Services.

Please call for Holiday pricing, or hours other than listed.  A 10% Military discount is offered off of the base rental fee when either bride or groom is active duty, reserve, or a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Please note, a valid Military ID or a copy of DD214 is required to secure this discount.

Rental Inclusions

Tables, Chairs, and Table Linens

Gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions and matching ivory, floor-length table linens—enough seating for up to 200 guests.

Day-Of Wedding Coordination

Our team of experienced, professional coordinators is available to ensure that you are able to relax and enjoy your wedding day. If you choose to take advantage of this service, your coordinator will meet with you 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day (in person or over the phone) to prepare a wedding day timeline, floor plan and rehearsal outline. Your coordinator will not only attend and facilitate your rehearsal, but will be present on the wedding day to direct the ceremony and manage the reception activities. Our coordinators will be prepared to handle any questions, concerns or issues on the wedding day from vendors, attendants and guests.

Rehearsal

A one (1) hour rehearsal is included with your rental. Rehearsals are confirmed eight weeks in advance based on preference and facility availability.

Bridal or Engagement Photo Session

Use of the facility for a photo session (up to 2 hours) is available to brides & grooms booked at Belltower at no additional charge, by appointment, Monday–Friday during our business hours (9 am–5 pm; photographer NOT provided).  Additional hours or sessions for couples not booked at Belltower are available at $100/hour.

Set Up / Takedown

Belltower staff will provide setup and takedown of all tables and chairs prior to and after your rental period.

Cleanup

While we request that our guests bag their trash and that vendors tidy the prep room all heavy cleanup is provided by Belltower.

 

Payment Policies

Deposit

50% or one half the rental fee is required (in addition to a signed contract) to secure your event date. Belltower accepts cash, check, Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

Final Payment

The balance of the rental fee, plus damage deposit and other optional services is due eight (8) weeks prior to your event date.

Damage Deposit

A $500 damage deposit is due eight (8) weeks prior to the event. The damage deposit is refunded to the client, by check, within 30 days assuming there are no damages to the facility and all policies were observed.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

In the event of cancellation, written notice is required and the following fees will apply:
