Dressing room

Capacity to accommodate up to 200 guests

Dressing Rooms

Both feature beautiful stained glass windows, a large lighted vanity with multiple outlets, ample seating, refrigerator for refreshments, full length floor mirror, and wall hooks for your attire.

Prep Room

Located at the rear of the reception hall our prep room features a stainless steel commercial sized refrigerator, freezer for ice, and prep tables.

Audio System

Includes wireless lapel and handheld microphones, as well as iPod/CD player ports for recorded music. An available open port conveniently allows your DJ to connect directly into the indoor sound system.

Piano

Our baby grand piano, located in the sanctuary, is available for your use at no additional charge.

Unity Table & Candelabras

Both of wrought-iron, these basic items are available for use in the sanctuary for your ceremony.

 Bell ringingBell Ringing

Each couple has the honor of ringing the bell in the fully-restored bell tower after their ceremony, symbolically announcing their marriage to the world.

And, it’s a great photo opp!

Facility Benefits

Open Vendor Policy

There is no additional fee for using vendors of your choice. Self catering is also allowed with proof of purchase of Event Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (depending on insurance vendor, this usually costs less than $200). We do require that caterers, DJ’s, and anyone bringing equipment into the facility provide us with proof of insurance.

Alcohol Permitted

The service of alcohol requires a TABC certified bartender and security officers. We have no further restrictions on containers or type of alcohol. The client is responsible for contracting the bartender; however, Belltower Chapel will supply security officers (off duty Fort Worth police officers).  Fees are currently $50 per hour with a four hour minimum.  Over 100 guests will require the use of two officers.

Decorations

Clients and their vendors are welcome to decorate the sanctuary or reception hall as long as policies are followed to protect the premises from damage and are accomplished within your rental period.

Sole Rental

Rental of Belltower Chapel & Garden is for the entire facility. No other event occurs during your rental period.
Outdoor reception

Indoor and Outdoor Options

You may choose your ceremony and reception locations. Events scheduled for outdoors can easily be transferred indoors in the event of inclement weather.

All areas of Belltower Chapel & Garden are accessible and have accommodations for Americans with Disabilities.

Optional Officiant Service

We offer Officiant services at an additional fee of $275.

Optional Wedding Planning Services

Wendy Abrams, Certified Wedding and Event Planner, offers hourly consultations or full service wedding planning from A–Z. She knows the questions that need to be answered and her experience is an asset to any event. Inquire for pricing.
